Our global Legal team is made up of around 15 people working in places across the world - from Amersfoort, Toronto and Duran to Madrid and Bangkok. In each of these locations, we offer a variety of roles ranging from counsel to senior or lead counsel, all the way up to director. It’s a fascinating place to work where you’ll experience fresh challenges and opportunities every day.
The purpose of our Legal team is to advise and support the business with commercial contracts, litigation and claims management. Ethics & Compliance, or E&C, also fall within Legal and this area focuses on behaviour, promoting integrity and preventing issues like bribery, corruption, fraud and breaches of competition law and trade sanctions. We also have a program in place to ensure that we as a company, and all our employees, stay compliant. This includes a code of conduct, training and whistleblower system.
