Planning how to establish and maintain major account relationships in Vietnam and sell the full line of products and services (Premixes and Feed Additives); developing innovative sales approaches in Vietnam (main based in North VN)
Uncovering the crucial needs and requirements of the customer, linking this to relevant Trouw Nutrition solutions and products and, finally, closing deals
Being the ‘spider in the web’ between accounts and Trouw Nutrition; proactively aligning demands and expectations of the customer with the internal organization and all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
End to end responsibility for the total portfolio; organic & hydroxy trace minerals, feed milling efficiency programs, mycotoxins, gut health programs, phytogenics, young animal nutrition solutions, vitamin and mineral premixes
Achieve targets according to sales budgets.
Develop a collaborative strategy with relevant sales, technical and marketing colleagues, and participate in strategic approaches & meetings related to Trouw Nutrition’s priorities
Monitoring competitive activity in each account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
Monitoring credit worthiness of accounts and follow up on collection
Manage one sales supervisor as direct report

What we ask
A sales manager who is creative, a problem solver and a team player. Someone who is capable of working with cross-functional teams & multicultural environment. We encourage passionate, hardworking and sincere individuals, who would like to work in a professional and progressive environment. Effective communication and relationship building skills, internally with support functions, such as sales, R&D, Procurement, Species Councils, QAQC, Production, Logistics, Registrations, and externally with key customers and industry stakeholders. Besides that, your personality should be conductive to being an excellent business partner, critical yet constructive co-worker and a persuasive colleague.
What you bring
Educational background to degree level. Ideally in the livestock, aqua sectors.
Min 5 years of experience in a relevant commercial B2B role, and experience with selling Feed Additives and/or Premixes in the Feed Industry.
Proven track record in value selling in a B2B environment
Business drive and thorough experience and understanding of different categories of the Trouw Nutrition products.
The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, to effectively convey the strategic messages of the programs offering. Able to write a business case,
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and influencing skills to achieve business objectives.
Fluent in Vietnamese & English (writing and speaking) is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
