What you’ll do

You’ll focus on ensuring the availability, reliability and safety of our production and site equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. Working across mechanical and electrical systems, you’ll be hands-on in diagnosing issues, restoring functionality and improving equipment performance.

You’ll carry out maintenance on production lines such as grinding, mixing and pressing systems, as well as utilities and logistics equipment. By collaborating with operations, engineering and external contractors, you’ll help minimize downtime, enhance productivity and continuously improve our technical standards.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone with a strong technical mindset, attention to detail and a passion for keeping operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll be proactive, solution-focused and comfortable working in a production environment where quality, safety and reliability matter.

You’ll also need:

  • Proven experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance within an industrial or production environment

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline

  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read technical drawings and perform maintenance tasks including repairs, adjustments and part replacement

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout (LoTo)
