What you’ll do 

In the role of Global Product Manager YAF, you are the driving force to realize our global business ambitions for the YAF product group. As ‘the’ YAF specialist, you will ensure that the commercial teams in the various global regions are equipped and able to sell our value-added solutions and ultimately support our customers. Parallel, you will work on executing the Global YAF strategy jointly & supported by our Strategic Marketing team. Here, you will bring the specific YAF expertise and related customer insights. Together, you will steer innovation projects and ensure an efficient and effective launch in Global Business Units. You will also coordinate all initiatives connected with supply point, quality, procurement and regulatory.
 

You will be a member of the Global Product Marketing team, and reporting into the Category Manager for YAF and Premix / Farm minerals.

YAF dairy (60%) and YAF swine (40%) are the two main species groups in scope of this position.

Who we’re looking for 

For this position, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong commercial & marketing skills, who is ready to own this role. Someone who can make the right connections between regional Business Units and the Global Marketing organization.
 

You’ll also need: 

• Educational background in the agribusiness or animal science (MSc or PhD)
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in Livestock industry, with a good understanding of the calves and piglets related industries.
• International business acumen & connectivity, with the ability to operate in a matrix organization and connect with globally diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B and B2C environment and specific YAF experience is preferred.
• Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
• Your English is fluent (both written and verbal)
