What you’ll do
You’ll lead all production and technical activities in our Lleida plant, ensuring cost-effective, efficient operations that meet quality standards and sales commitments. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing multi-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance.
Overseeing maintenance and repair planning, including CAPEX projects, to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. Someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll also need:
Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years’ experience in production/operations management.
Proven experience in maintenance planning, production scheduling, and cost control.
Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams.
Knowledge of HSE and quality compliance standards.
Ability to manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets and deliver efficiency gains.
