Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting-edge solutions.

Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Pricing Support Administrator to join our Pricing Team supporting both Ireland and Great Britain. This position is based in Belfast and is a 15-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you will support the delivery of accurate and timely pricing activities, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the smooth operation of our pricing processes. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and build valuable experience within a leading global organisation.

About the Role – Support Accurate Pricing and Efficient Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer periodic customer price lists, quotations, and tenders.

  • Maintain and update pricing data in ERP systems and internal pricing tools.

  • Support quarterly pricing cycles, monthly activities, and daily ad hoc requests.

  • Upload cost sets and maintain accurate audit trails.

  • Execute routine administrative tasks including data processing, document handling, and file maintenance.

  • Prepare data and documentation for tenders, quotations, and scenario planning.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal inquiries via email and other channels

  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Pricing Team

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in administrative, pricing, or data-oriented roles is welcome but full training will be provided.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, filters).

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems or CRM platforms is desirable.

  • Soft Skills:  high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, effective written communication and a proactive, adaptable, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

  • Location: Belfast

  • Contract type: 15-month fixed-term (maternity cover)
