What you’ll do

You’ll focus on delivering technical projects and maintenance initiatives that ensure the reliability and efficiency of our installations. Acting as project manager for CAPEX projects, you’ll lead the process from design and budgeting through execution and delivery, while driving continuous improvement in maintenance standards and practices.

You’ll also:

  • Develop technical project objectives, proposals, and plans aligned with operational requirements.
  • Evaluate design alternatives, certify technical accuracy, and prepare cost estimates.
  • Monitor installations, troubleshoot recurring issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and ready to Own this role. Someone with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll need to be a clear communicator, capable of collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.

You’ll also need:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Experience in technical project management and maintenance within industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of CAPEX project lifecycle, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM) and spare parts management.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
